2. Institutional Advisory Services & Digital Materials

In the event that an institution or academic partner purchases a specialized advisory briefing or bespoke health report:

• Under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), digital content accessed with prior consent is non-refundable once delivered.
• If technical defects occur or access fails, our editorial team will issue replacement files or a full credit within 14 days of written notice.
